Bulking Cylcle-add commments pls
Currently looking to add 15 lbs. Age 34 / Height: 5'9" / Weight 160lbs / bench 185 / squat 225 / armcurl 50 / been training for 4 years regularily, never had super clean diet
Pre-workout - 1 cup oatmeal (instant)i know i will be switching!
Post-workout - 2 scoops whey, banana, 2 raw eggs, tbsp peanut butter
10am - 1 cup yogurt / 1/2 cup fibre / blueberries
11am - 2 hb eggs
12am - 2 chicken or ham wraps
1pm - 1/2 cup almonds
3pm - 1 scoop whey / banana / 2 hb eggs
4pm - 1/2 cup almonds
5pm - chicken/fish/steak / 1/4 cup rice / raw veggies
8pm - 2 scoop whey
sleep 8 hours
1ml enan / 1ml sus - twice a week for 10 weeks
monday - back
tuesday - chest / tri
wednesday - shoulders / abs / cardio
thursday - legs
friday - arms / cardio
Any suggestions for more size or added sups would be great. Will post picks soon.
You're not going to have a successful cycle. If you've been training regularly for 4 years and those are your stats, then you've been doing all kinds of things wrong. Your training split is terrible. If you want feedback on the diet, count up the calories and macronutrients and post them up. I don't know why you posted this in the Member Photos section...
