Both, I mean the fat I have is on my stomach and hips mainly. I want to get rid of that then build my body up. With the fat no matter how hard I work it won't look as good as it would without the fat. But I'm still a noob and I have no one to train with anymore. Motivation is getting harder by the day :(

Thats better bro. If you ever get into a boredom or lack of motivation rut, let us know. We've all been there. Good luck with the many progresses to come.

Rtaylor, I used to be heavy-the bad kind of heavy (300Lbs). I am currently at 245, but I look FAR better. My motivation, trainer/buddy, or not, is the rock-hard mindset that I do not want to be that heavy again, or at a 'normal' weight/body-type.
