Photos not working rtaylor.

rtaylor07 02-20-2008 01:09 PM

yea im sorry not quite sure how to post em. The links are there but what tags does this forum support? like [img] or img source

_Wolf_ 02-20-2008 01:32 PM

you've put the wrong backslash. you put this one: \

when you need to put this one: /

so its [/img] not [\img]

:)

EricT 02-20-2008 01:36 PM

LOL, I had just figured that out before you posted, computer nerd :)

Fixed it for ya.

rtaylor07 02-20-2008 02:47 PM

thanks i hadn't even realized such an obvious mistake. :biglaugh:

EricT 02-20-2008 03:34 PM

That's why I use photobucket..it has three little links you can automatically use to copy and paste :biglaugh:. I just use the third one and I don't have to understand what I am doing.

Looks like you've got a really good base going, btw.

What are you goals? Fat Loss? Muscle building?

rtaylor07 03-05-2008 12:05 AM

Both, I mean the fat I have is on my stomach and hips mainly. I want to get rid of that then build my body up. With the fat no matter how hard I work it won't look as good as it would without the fat. But I'm still a noob and I have no one to train with anymore. Motivation is getting harder by the day :(

J-Rock 03-05-2008 02:19 PM

Just imagining a ripped six or eight pack is enough motivation for me. MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

rtaylor07 03-05-2008 11:14 PM

Sir Yes Sir!!!! I'll Do My Best Sir!

J-Rock 03-06-2008 03:46 PM

Thats better bro. If you ever get into a boredom or lack of motivation rut, let us know. We've all been there. Good luck with the many progresses to come.

Rtaylor, I used to be heavy-the bad kind of heavy (300Lbs). I am currently at 245, but I look FAR better. My motivation, trainer/buddy, or not, is the rock-hard mindset that I do not want to be that heavy again, or at a 'normal' weight/body-type.
