Gender: | Don't worry about a plan for the weights. Get in there and hit your beach muscles hard! Forget squats and deadlifts and that shit for the time being. Get in there and go for the quick gains you can snag from doing flyes, curls, pull-ups or pulldowns, dumbbell shoulder press and tricep extensions. 2 months of this won't kill you or set you back in training when you come back from the vacation. BUT when you do get back you need to forget what I said and hit the compounds and full body routines. That's my 2 cents....my very very controversial 2 cents ![]() As long as you hit diet and cardio properly, you'll be good to go for some latino lovin' |
