Gender: | Honestly it depends what you want. In my opinion if you were to "cut" you'd just be cutting to skinny. I don't see a whole lot of mass there (arms, chest especially). Long term I'd say you'd be slowing yourself down with a cut diet and should focus on getting some size. But if wandering along the beach with a six-pack is more important then cut away. |

In a perfect world, if you had more time to work with, I would say to bulk up before cutting down. The reason being that you need a lot of muscle before cutting so you'll be able to SHOWCASE your muscle hidden under the fat. My suggestion is to hit up three heavy days a week for weight training, and cardio in between. You're going to be doing a lot of walking around on the beach, so it makes more sense for you to drop a few pounds and hit up the tanning booth. Fat loss is FAST, muscle gain is SLOW. Take the fastest path to hitting up some latinas IMO. Benefits of cardio: - Increased alcohol tolerancy - You'll appear to look healthier - More energy/stamina - Lowerered need for food ^^ That to me is what you're looking for in some place like Cancun. No woman turns me on more than a hot little Mexican!! I hope you're not married! ![]() |

Gender: | like what everyone else already said. Being in the same situation before my honeymoon in Mexico , I lost valuable time second guessing my plan and making changes that probably prevented me from loosing an additional couple of pounds. that said, pick a plan and stick to it hard for the next 2 months. avoid all the BS, and do it. you'll have a better shot getting the results you want, as best you can in such a short time.
