Got to love the poses in front of the security bars That first side gun shot shows some massive tris and chest. Looking good.

How tall are you btw?

Looking really solid. Planning on bulking throughout the winter?

The short answer is yes. My plan is to not cut this year at all and dedicate all of 06 to bulking. I’m just finishing up a cycle I was running so I am going to go into maintenance mode for a couple of months and try to keep all that hard earned muscle while trying to shed some of the extra fat I picked up during the bulk. I bulk as clean as possible but when your going 4000+ cals a day you will pay.
Then I will hit it again around mid Feb for another bulkapalozza.

One of the great things about bulking is your strength. It’s just through the roof. I threw up a 370 bench just the other day and it was fairly easy.

You look great X! Last night I saw one of my old friends at the gym. He gained 20 lbs last month on cycle. I could tell a lot of it is water retention, which you definately don't have a problem with! Just goes to show that it still takes a ton of work and knowledge, all of which you possess.

You're out of my league now
