| Hi everyone. Just stopping in to post some of my progress. I gained four pounds in about 40 days, bodyfat stayed the same. Bench went from 220 to 240. I've been eating like a freak, but no junkfood. And as far as the workouts go, i've learned that if your not sore the next day, then you didn't train hard enough. | Rank: Member Experience: 3-5 Years | dude what's your motivation to stay so clean eating wise..i dunno sometimes i slip..well im in highschool ( gonna be a senior ) i've lost 43lbs but gained some muscle weight since then..i have tons of motivation but sometimes its just not enough? i dont know..but looking good man, i bet your banging a lot of chicks! woot |
