Have been in the gym lately
I'm 19 years old. I have always lifted some weight here and there all through high school, but lately, I have been much more serious and consistent about it. I would ideally want to gain some muscle mass, but for now, I would really appreciate it if I can get any inputs from the picture. I'm not asking because I'm self-conscious or anything, but I would really like to know how I am so far. (When I look at myself in the mirror, or even looking at myself in a picture, sometimes it looks okay but sometimes I don't feel that way, I'm too used to judging my own body by now). http://i403.photobucket.com/albums/p...-Copy-Copy.jpg

You're toned. If you want to get big, keep at it, see if you are getting stronger, or heavier. How are you eating, sleeping, and lifting? Also, take a picture-diary of yourself, that has helped for me. Congratulations on your progress.

I can't see the picture--says the image has been deleted. Anyway, just stick to the basics of weight lifting and nutrition and you'll be fine. It's great to start when you are young.
