Here's Johnny!
Here's a pic. of me doing a 385 lb. deadlift at Golds. Me like deadlifts :) Tell me what you think. I know my right foot is at a diff angle, it was really just to max, not a workout set.

Good deads. 385 is a good number :)
|
Good stuff. Way to smile for the camera :biglaugh:
|
Thanks, guys. Umm, yeah, I was, uhh, smiling...not making a wetoded face. Do you think I have the 'bodybuilder' build-where being buff looks good on you? I don't think I'd look right being a toned-runner-type of physique.
|
option c: you would make a lovely ballerina.
You have a good frame and look pretty thick, the bbing build would look good. Good work |
are those the only 2 45 lb. plates in the place? :)
|
Hmm, ballerina, I don't know if I'm tough enough to be one. Gotta beat em all, dancing John!! Why, yes, those are the only two 45-lb plates , and I brought them from home. Really, it is a lot easier to get them off when there is just 1 45-lb plate on each side. The 25s are suspended in the air, so I don't have to pick up the loaded bar each time to remove the plates when I rack up.

Lookin big, man. Nice work, I'm still catching up to you on deadlift :D
|
Nice lift, John.
Do you always use an over/under grip on deads? |
Thanks. Isn't it you that can bench 275? If so, then I am catching up to you, too!
