Some totaled up my waist size and my neck size and all that im supposably:

32.6 %

lean body weight of 136lbs
and 65.97 lbs of fat

So i guess i gotta loose like 35-40 pounds, should take a few months!!!

It's hard to determine what a person means just through typing. You keep using exclamation points in every post. Why? The way you responded right away from not getting an answer as fast as possible makes it look like you are a spaz and it might set some people off.

I agree with Eric and Dave. I'm not going to lie, I was very much like that when I firt starting coming on this forum, most of it was just being over eager on "WHAT DO I DO TO GET WHAT I WANT AS QUICK AS I CAN GET IT" but in reality like Eric said quanity ( or in this case quickness) would mean nothing. Anyone can say you have alot of work to do. But I believe it to be quite nieve of you to think you can lose 30-40lbs in a few months and still be considered healthy at all. I've gone through more weight jumps than anyone I know and it wasnt good for me. Right now I'm about 180lbs but I'm at around 17 or 18%bf I think because I've just been stupid about things. My goal is to get to about 7 or 8% bf if possible "maybe" by the time school's out next may or even later than that. You see the differance between your outlook and mine? Take in as much info as you can than think for yourself what might work. Anyone can go to weightwatchers and lose 60lbs in a month. but how much of that do you think is fat and how much do you think is muscle that we all work so hard for to gain? I think what everyone is trying to say nicely here is think before you speak. Because if you do the other you're going to sound like an a-hole and then you're going to get no help and worse off no respect from anyone. That's just my 2 cents, well probably about a dollar or so, but just thought I'd throw that out there.

selfmade, I find it a bit odd that you're so stubborn when almost EVERY person who posted said that they weren't able to load the images.

taking a few minutes of your precious time to register a FREE account at photobucket, upload the same photos, and give us a link to that uploaded photo would solve this problem.

I'm on a very high speed connection right now and even I wasn't able to load the images. there's obviously something wrong with your host site.

If you are honestly seeking out experienced advice from this site it is highly recommended that you try not to insult us with name calling and laughing it off as if we're the ones to blame for this miscommunication.

And if you're trying to post a comment that you consider funny, either use the smilies or put a " j/k " after a comment. I used to not do that and some members thought that I was trying to be nasty to them when in reality I was only trying to add humour.
