Default I just need a little guidance

Im curious as to what frame size i am and also as to what potential i have as a starting lifter im not interested in being cut i want to bulk i would like to get to around 290 to 300 pounds here are my current measurements
pics are below
Height 5 / 10
Weight Around 277
Neck 18 Inch
Chest 50 inch
Waist 45 inch
Wrist 8 inch
Forearm 14.5 inch
Upperarm 16.2 inch
Thigh 30.1 inch
Calf 20.4 inch
Ankle 12 inch

5'10 @ 277 and you want to get bigger !

How many calories are you on right now ? You will need to increase them if you want to put on another 20lbs.

Rather than concentrating on getting bigger you want to work on your strength. Start working on good strength training program until you've built up your strength and and shaped up a bit more i would steer clear from bulking just yet.
