Can you really be that damn large at just 172 lbs??? Damn...

Andrew.cook 07-29-2008 06:15 AM

172lbs on a 5'8" frame will be pretty big. That is three inches shorter than me and only 20-ish lbs less. Frankly, I have a good 20-ish lbs of fat to lose :)

Hmmm, hand size? Things sure are different in Europe! I would measure my... well... nevermind, it wouldn't be 18.5" either way :biglaugh:

Well first you have to train for muscle mass and then stop eating carbohydrates to lower your body fat %. Then you start eating again to gain muscle mass then the same as above.

If you have hands 30 cm and you are 70 kg then when you get 80 kg your hands will be 34 cm.

When you start losing body fat during the summer you will become 72 kg and your hands will be 32,5 - 33 cm.

That means you are almost the same height with bigger hands.

Then you can repeat the same procedure one more time, and one more time and so on...

You can not gain muscle mass while losing body fats.

I don't get why you measure you hands in the first place.
