Seems you're the only one who will respond to any of my posts... lol Thanks man for takin the time to give me ALOT of help. I think I'm on my way to being ripped for mexico. And even if I don't completely make it, I'm gonna keep up the diet and get ripped so I can say I have been at least once! Ha!

Depends, are you sucking it in? Defintly under 15% . The electric scales out the front of the chemist say I'm 9% and you smaller than me but I don't know how accurate those things are.

Looking good man don't forget legs and back, btw what's happening in Mexico?

Not much under

use calipers if you want to be accurate but I suggest you bulk.
