Thought I'd post some pictures. The one labelled "DSCN0477" is me before any training and the other two are 8 months after starting to hit the gym. I don't have any pictures of me right now, but hopefully I will soon.

but i think u shud focus more on mass...

u appear to be a skinny ked, so i advise strength training.

He is....Unless I didn't get the company memo.

I agree he's an ectomorph, but he does appear to have some very decent size for what his frame allows.

If someone appears to be skinny, I'd like to know why you'd recommend strength training?

Kane, you definately came a long way. I'm glad you posted pics so we can have a better idea on what advice to give you. The OVT you're doing will definately give you more results so I'll expect more pics in a few more months. Be sure to update your journal! I know me and a few others here would like to see your progress with that program. Good job thus far!

Thanks guys. Just in case your curious, I was 130lbs in the before pick and 150 in the 2 after picks, and now (about 18 months total) I am 170. I will definitely keep you updated.

Kane, that is great. Really.

To put on that much weight that quickly with such a thin frame, well as Bruce Lee said: That, my friend, is very difficult to do. You should be proud.

Petey, you're probably just jealous of Kane's self mastery, since you've failed to learn anything in your ancient forty three years. You hate yourself. And I don't blame you.
