Here I am. I am trying to bulk up as well as gain strength and muscle. I am guessing that my bf% is pretty low. I would like to find out what it is but I don't know how to go about that. But yeah here are some pics of me. They are from my cell phone so they aren't that great. Please comment.

Great pics. I want to point out that KurtJohnson is doing exactly that! Very respectful, gaining a lot of knowledge, and is doing the right things in the gym..(Bill Starr's Power Routine).

Gotta give him props for sticking to it and not falling into the trap of "isolationalism", especially at his age. Probably be a fucking monster in a few more years!

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".
