I know these are a bit older, but I don't have my camera back from the shop right now. It is on the blink, and I am having it repaired, so these are the most current shots of me. I know that my overall muscle is better in just a few months of intense and heavy lifting. My show is October 21

One Rep Max from June 11, 2006 Journal

Bench 345lb
Squat 470lb
Deadlift 455lb

I won't do anymore 1rep maxs until the winter after my show is done. I like to show off sometimes with box squats and 3/4 deadlifts and load up over 600lb's just to make that nice jingly sound and turn peoples heads. :biglaugh:
