I know these are a bit older, but I don't have my camera back from the shop right now. It is on the blink, and I am having it repaired, so these are the most current shots of me. I know that my overall muscle is better in just a few months of intense and heavy lifting. My show is October 21

My stats

33 years old
5' 11" 190lb's

One Rep Max from June 11, 2006 Journal

Bench 345lb
Squat 470lb
Deadlift 455lb

I won't do anymore 1rep maxs until the winter after my show is done. I like to show off sometimes with box squats and 3/4 deadlifts and load up over 600lb's just to make that nice jingly sound and turn peoples heads.
