Gender: | bodyfat % : ????? the pic is pretty bad but pretty much over the past few months i started just hittin up pushups and crunches in my room and then started hittin dumbells. now i got a gym pass and am lookin to gain overall mass, strength, and endurance. what u guys think? |

Gender: | Can't really tell much from that pic but you look pretty tiny. BF% is not something you need to be concerned about right now. Do the routine that was recommended in your other thread, EAT and I PROMISE you won't be disappointed. Hell, you probably could have replaced everything you did up to this point with deadlifts alone and gotten bigger. |

Gender: | small picture, but looks like a good base to put on some muscle. Like Eric said just eat alot of food and do whatever they told you to and you should be successful in no time. |

Gender: | ya i kno i dont need to worry about body fat, im lookin for a lean gain but i also want the "six pack". In about a year or so i want to join the marines so i dont want to get HUGE like most of you guys do. i just want to put on about 15 pounds of lean muscle and then work on my endurance from there. |
