Can't really tell much from that pic but you look pretty tiny. BF% is not something you need to be concerned about right now.

Do the routine that was recommended in your other thread, EAT and I PROMISE you won't be disappointed. Hell, you probably could have replaced everything you did up to this point with deadlifts alone and gotten bigger.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

small picture, but looks like a good base to put on some muscle. Like Eric said just eat alot of food and do whatever they told you to and you should be successful in no time.

ya i kno i dont need to worry about body fat, im lookin for a lean gain but i also want the "six pack". In about a year or so i want to join the marines so i dont want to get HUGE like most of you guys do. i just want to put on about 15 pounds of lean muscle and then work on my endurance from there.

Well, I wouldn't worry too much about ANY mass and worry about strength endurance. I went to Marine Corps boot camp weighing a very solid 190 lbs and came out three months later at about 160. Just get used to long runs, pullups, and most importantly -> Eating only 2-3 very small meals. The meal plan was the only thing I had difficulty with. Breakfast was usually a small ice cream scoop of scrambled eggs, 1-2 silver dollar pancakes, and a small carton of milk (the kind you used to get in grade school). Good Luck!

exactly, i heard for the Marines its better to be light because u have more endurance for the runs and everything, thats why i dont want to gain alot, i just wanna add some muscle to my physique and be as strong as i can be for my weight.
