I will also have to agree with these last few posts !! First off ... General doctors know nothing about good nutrition ... best they can do is advise on Vitamins ! They do not know anything about sports medicine as someone pointed out !
Secondly have you ever heard of cases of people overdosing on protein LOL !! If your body consumes too much it will just Piss it out ! END OF ! And if your looking to bulk up your going to need as much protein as you can get hold of !

Good pictures a toned physique is a good starting point ! Now you just need to bulk / cut !

How old are you ? If you do not have the correct strict diet in your routine plus from your pictures I wouldnt say your ready for any form of steroids ! eat right ... bulk up ... maybe a few years down the line after some good research but right now they probably wouldnt help you m8 !

OH and Arnie now has cardiac issues due to steroid use ! apart from other medical problems no doubt !

We don't know that to be true...He did eat ALOT of red meat in his day.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Isn't 180 cm tall almost 6 feet already. I'm only 5'9" and nobody messes with me . I suggest you don't worry about it.

Eric3237's Sig:"Not everyone trains for strength": True. Not everyone one is smart either. Personally, I'm training to be an olympic sprinter so I can have big legs. I also like to move huge boulders because I like the way they look over there...

Haha, well my relative strength sucks. But I was thinking more about attitude. It's just personally funny to me that someone who is 15 years old and close to 6 feet should be worried about their growth being stunted. So maybe it's the difference between 6'2'' or 6'4"? Or perhaps 6'4" and 6'8"? Don't worry about being tall, just STAND tall.
