this first pic was taken around a year ago, although i have only been training for the last 3-4 months, still wanting to cut alot more fat and gain more muscle, although i am having a hard time pushing myself as much as id like due to workouts at home with no spotter...

and before you say it, yep, thats the work bathroom, only place i had easy access to a full length mirror :P

im pretty sure things are only going to get tougher from here on in, but i am happy with what ive acheived so far

the bath looks nice, but what about your muscles, you gonna show em, will you?
