My progress after working out for 2 months

You need to start to eat....Alot more. Don't consider anything along the lines of steroids for a while. How old are you btw? and what are you doing as far as training?

i am 22 yrs old and i work chest and legs twice a week biceps and tris once a week along with abs and each routine are about 90 minutes each, and as far as legs yes i do squats deadlifts pretty much every single leg work out there is

Why don't you just post up your routine and diet for us to look at...I think thats the only way we can really help

i'll try and post my routine up tommorow i switch it every four week sso i've been through two routines and going on a third i'll post them, they are made by a personal trainer at my gym
