Gender: | You need to start to eat....Alot more. Don't consider anything along the lines of steroids for a while. How old are you btw? and what are you doing as far as training? |

| i am 22 yrs old and i work chest and legs twice a week biceps and tris once a week along with abs and each routine are about 90 minutes each, and as far as legs yes i do squats deadlifts pretty much every single leg work out there is |
