My progress in pictures
I consider this the "before" pic, but it is actually at two weeks at the beginning of June. My pose sucks (left arm needed to come down, etc...) and I wasn't going for a pumped look so I am not flexing. I wanted to see what everything looked like in a mostly relaxed state. I'm happy with what I had at two weeks. Now I need to get the rest of my pics developed. The pic of my back didn't turn out. I think looking at yourself in a pic is much better than trying to figure it out in the mirror.
Good to see others posting pics
What are your plans

Hey Dr X, Lets hope that since you and I had the balls to post our pics others will follow. I think you saw my plans over at my introduction :) It is over here for those that want to know more Greetings Everyone
As my pics come in I'll post them on this thread. The first one isn't what I would call a good pic.
I like your style. I saw your pic before I saw your plan.

Here is a pic of my home gym, where the magic happens. The thing I liked about this bench when I picked it out was that you could do many exercies with it and it can be upgraded so I won't grow out of it as fast.
