need motivation :S
I go to bb for 1 week and just took my body program. here is the problem, i am epicly ambitious but when i ask my trainer he says that i would have ideal body min. after 1 year. I want to see the change so fast like 3-4 months. I dont use supplements rite now. And my diet is 0 carb. But i feel so tired without carbs. I have belly fats. What should i do to be fit in 3-4 months? I have no idea how would i kick this dire belly, also i need to gain muscles :S I loose my motivation when i see myself ffs, here is my caps
you don't seem to look heavy to me. But I bet you need to loose your belly! ;)
