My god, I wish I had the base you have when I was in HS. You are going to be a monster, and a veiny one at that. Just read everything on this forum and eat like a king.

Thanks guys. Well IV been eating much more than I normally do. It’s kinda hard right now because of my gf breaking up with me. Lol I also have really been paying attention to calories and the amount of protein I consume. I want to gain around a pound a week and try to keep my ridiculously small body fat %.
Ok so my stats: Bench: 225 x 1 EZ curl bar 105 x 4 I have no clue what my squat weight is cuz I just recently started working my legs. |
and deadlifts?
|
Good job. With a body like that you'll probably have no problem keeping you bodyfat down. I wouldn't get hung up on keeping it ridiculously low as you say since that could curtail you results but keeping it low is probably realistic. I would go ahead and do maintanance plus 500 or so calories and see if you gain and then if you don't bump it up slowly (if you're not already taking in that amount then you may have to build up to it.
Yeah, deadlifts like Sentinel said. Start making squats and deadlifts a priority not a secondary consideration. Looks like arms and chest are not problem for you and those two will affect overall body growth to a greater degree than you can imagine. Make you thicker and more robust looking. |
if i was a girl, i would fall in love with u:weights:
