Default Newbie

Well, here are a couple of pics of me after 4 months at the gym - but looking at some of you guys, I have a LONG way to go and I deffo need to work on my chest which is being really stubborn!!

Thanks everyone - have to confess that at the moment I'm only using machines and the Smiths - haven't ventured into free weights yet but that will come - and I can see from those photos that I need to work on my forearms or I'll be out of proportion!! Onward and upward

I wouldnt worry to much about your forearms yet man, it will come all in time. How about posting what your doing as far as training so we can take a look?

There is defenitely no better time to hit those free weights. That right there will help your forearms simply from gripping and holding heavy weights in your hands. Good luck!
