Hey guys, I was looking for some nutritional/cutting advice.
I am 32 yrs old, 5"9 and currently weigh about 155. My abs are showing, but not as sharp as I would like(4 pack). I train three days a week with weights ( full body) and at least 5 with an hour of cardio. I think my problem may be not eating enough, I've heard that may hinder one's progress. Would anybody be able to give some tips? It would be greatly appreciated!
