Default pics-what can or should i do?

Hello been on this site since 2007, but summer 2008 is here so I need to get to exercising:

20 years old GUY
200LBS. exact
5 ft. 7 inches tall
OBESE (I believe family has a history to be DIABETIC, not sure if I am, but I do not want to get there or if I already am, try to prevent most possible)

my mains goals: lose fat in gut and sides and buttocks, build pecs, and build abs

diet = none at the moment at all

daily routine = sprints back and forth in platform, push ups, sit ups, crunchies, jumping jacks, high knees (no machines or free weights whatsoever)

food intake = i do not know too much on calorie intake, but it is weird for me, i go according to my stomach...on certain days i'll eat 3 full meals a day, other days = ZERO, other days = 6 meals a day...how do i make this constant rather than varying?

i dislike water. try hard to stick w/ it but it is hard to go w/ the food. i absolutely cannot stay away from pop!!! is there any supplement i can take that allows me to have sugar or something sweet than pop that is close to water? i ask b/c i admit it is very hard to stick w/ water...the food i eat are like ewwww w/ water. i eat mainly meat, rice, eggs, noodles, frozen foods, fried foods, veggies and fruits here and there=very little though

also, should i be taking creatine or anabolic activator or something? protein shakes, candy bars, or pills of some sort i am missing out on?

i got plenty of stretch marks which is crazy!!1 how do i get rid of?

i got a very nasty beer belly! how do i get rid of?

how much time should be spent in working out? should i be sweating hardcore or not so? i ask b/c i get so busy to where i feel like i have no time whatsoever to work out, even if it is the littlest time...

also, it is hard b/c no one and I mean no one that I know (family + friends work out) so it is hard to work out by myself to stay motivated and keep to it. how do i do so?

how can i work out my buttocks, abs, and chest? any specific exercises w/ special names or what not? do i need stuff like an exercise ball to roll on or something?

i am not trying to build lbs or get buff to the point where my veisn pop out. i just want to be lean cut in shape and healthy w/ abs and bigger pecs/chest. oh yeah, a better butt too LOL

also, i tend to sleep very late as in nocturnal person busy busy. should i power nap more and work out? i get so tired from work and school and HW to where i feel the end of the day WORKING out is like blah blah

PLEASE GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTION based on what I mentioned + JUDGING FROM MY PICS

THANKS APPRECIATE VERY MUCH

Start reading the stickies...especially in the fatloss forum. That will answer 90% of the questions that you asked. Log the foods you're eating at fitday.com.

Quit having soda and candy and all of that shit. You can cheat every once in a while, but plan for it. You're serious about this, right? You'll get used to not having it. And especially if you're trying to not become diabetic...

You can't spot reduce fat. And if you do stuff just to build bigger abs, pecs, and glutes, you will look weird as hell. Try a full body routine.

just getting rid of pop can do wonders...that shit does nothing that's good for your body simple sugars must go...if you are serious about it as ross said...then do it. kick yourself in the ass.
