Default Month 4...

Having a hard time getting the arms even. If you look hard enough my right arm is slighty smaller then my left. Haven't gained much weight this month because I've been having stomach problems so not much eating done, but deffently gotten a lot stronger.

nice dude, looks like you're progressing steadily.

keep up the good work!

I know how you feel about the arms... I used to play competitive tennis throughout college, talk about uneven!

Thanks guys!

Yeah it sucks to have uneven arms, but in time i heard it'll even out if i just stick with the barbell curls.

Default Getting back into it...

Alright so its been about 3 weeks now since I've been out of the gym because of my wrist, and today I finally got back into it. So I started out benching and I find it hard to do 225 so I brought it down a bit to 215 and still I couldn't get proper form so finally i brought it down to 205 where i felt most comfortable. After my workout I jumped onto he scale and it reads 160lb, with all that said I lost about 10 pounds of weight and my bench went down 20lb. Any suggestions or tips or anything of that matter to help me out or cheer me up? Thanks

Heres some pictures to show you guys and girls that I really lost weight... damn that sucks
