You got a good base. Just start eating, time to bulk. There's a ton of great information here. Don't be afraid to ask.

Thanks Dr X, i have been looking through peoples journels etc there is lots of useful information here! Don't worry i will be asking questions lol, thats what attracted me to this forum the people here sound very helpful.

As bulking goes, im in the proccess of making a basic dietry plan, nothin to "hardcore". I have never eaten alot generally so bulking should not be hard to see differences.

thanks Killian

Thanks for sharing with us Killian.

Your definately a lean guy, but this can be very beneficial when starting because you won't have as hard a time cutting later on. Get a good bulking diet and you should be able to put on some muscle in no time. If you want some good basic info on bulking look for Dave's post on Clean Bulking as it has a good example diet to follow. Basically, if you can see it, eat it!

Thanks sleezy, i will check out that. What i have been doing for the past month or so (when i started) is just eat more regularly, and eating more things like fish and chicken, btw does bread help at all because of the fibre? I wish i had taken some photos of me a month ago when i started, i looked even skinnier then, when my fore arms tensed it sorta sucked in, that seems to have been filled in with meat. I think i have got to do some serious work on my chest, any ideas on exersises without a bench? i havent been able to find any.

thanks, Killian

As far as diet goes, look at daves clean bulking, I'm not saying follow it to a T, because with your metabolism you wont have to. But just to get an idea of what to eat and when. Bread will help you because it has carbs, not so much cause it has fiber.

What does your training schedual look like? post it up, start a journal and we can all help get you bulked up alright.

keep at it homie.

If you like upper body one day and lower the next, go check out my HST journal. You might like it because it'll help with the structure of your routine.
