You got a good base. Just start eating, time to bulk. There's a ton of great information here. Don't be afraid to ask.

Killian 04-11-2005 09:51 AM

Thanks Dr X, i have been looking through peoples journels etc there is lots of useful information here! Don't worry i will be asking questions lol, thats what attracted me to this forum the people here sound very helpful.

As bulking goes, im in the proccess of making a basic dietry plan, nothin to "hardcore". I have never eaten alot generally so bulking should not be hard to see differences.

thanks Killian

Thanks for sharing with us Killian.

Your definately a lean guy, but this can be very beneficial when starting because you won't have as hard a time cutting later on. Get a good bulking diet and you should be able to put on some muscle in no time. If you want some good basic info on bulking look for Dave's post on Clean Bulking as it has a good example diet to follow. Basically, if you can see it, eat it!

Killian 04-11-2005 11:02 AM

Thanks sleezy, i will check out that. What i have been doing for the past month or so (when i started) is just eat more regularly, and eating more things like fish and chicken, btw does bread help at all because of the fibre? I wish i had taken some photos of me a month ago when i started, i looked even skinnier then, when my fore arms tensed it sorta sucked in, that seems to have been filled in with meat. I think i have got to do some serious work on my chest, any ideas on exersises without a bench? i havent been able to find any.

thanks, Killian

hrdgain81 04-11-2005 12:55 PM

As far as diet goes, look at daves clean bulking, I'm not saying follow it to a T, because with your metabolism you wont have to. But just to get an idea of what to eat and when. Bread will help you because it has carbs, not so much cause it has fiber.

What does your training schedual look like? post it up, start a journal and we can all help get you bulked up alright.

keep at it homie.

Killian 04-12-2005 12:21 PM

i posted me workout schedule up in the other thread, thanks for the info on bread, i will start a journal shortly, and thanks all for your encouragement and support :)

Like I said before you have a very good base! Just be consistent in the gym and with your eating and look out, as you will put on a good amount of mass! Good luck to you Killian!

Killian 04-13-2005 08:54 AM

If you like upper body one day and lower the next, go check out my HST journal. You might like it because it'll help with the structure of your routine.

lol, you think you got some bulking to do? Just make sure you don't suffer from anorexia before you get a chance to start. Just joking, you could definately bulk easily if you started eating some more and training. But I'd say keep the training fairly light at your age, unless you're not concerned with getting any taller..

Killian 04-16-2005 01:22 PM

hey, lol, i know i got alot of bulking to do, im just about to start my journal, got some new pics being uploaded as we speak, just taken yesterday. i am only training with light weights at the moment, im 5ft 11 at the moment.

Those are all the pictures i have. Some look the same but thought i may as well post them lol.

As for looking into my blood type, i have been trying to sort something out with my diet. could you give some ideas on areas of foods i could include? i have been eating more meat etc for the protein, and cut back on my sugar intake with thing slike drinks etc, and not drinking do much oj. Just need to get a solid diet sorted out taht doesnt cost loads. I was wondering out a weight gain shake? woudl this be handy?

Thanks Killian

Gary 04-16-2005 01:39 PM

Yes, a weight gain shake would DEFINATELY be a good investment.. Look into some MRP's as well. Take a couple of those a day and you'll have no problem packing on some lean mass.

Killian 04-16-2005 02:06 PM

thanks alot, i really learn alot everytime you post lol. Ill try getting a swap from buying oj to buying more milk. We bought some tuna and salmon today to. I know about making the changes gradual, i tryed changing it fast last time and it caused all sorta of problems. Ill add this gradually into my diet and see what happens.

Comparing my pictures from 1 month ago to now i can see i have put on weight in my arms, thats the only noticable change.

killian

EDIT - thanks for your bit of info in your edit :)

Gary 04-16-2005 02:08 PM

Taurus, yes a gallon of milk and 2 cans of tuna probably comes out to around 180g's, but who can possibly drink 1 gallon of milk in 1 day? I mean that's almost 4 litres, which comes out to $5 or so anyways. If you're going to suggest drinking 4 litres of milk a day, then it is cheaper to actually buy a weight gainer or MRP. Yeah milk is a good source of protein and so is the tuna, but you should have no need to drink over a litre of milk a day. The rest should be water.. That much milk would make someone sick..

Killian 04-16-2005 02:16 PM

thanks, iw ill take a look at that link. I thinki am doing to find it hard to take in taht amount of minlk, its pretty substancial. I drink a lot of water, i have started having more milk with cereal with no sugar on it. Ill try making these changes for a couple of weeks, see what changes i get. i think its just about trial and error so i can get a good idea of targets etc.

thanks Killian

Seriously, how old are you? Do you enjoy talking shit over the internet? Honestly, maybe you should find something better to do, it's not my fault you can't get laid.

I told Sleazy/dave along time ago your av sucks and he hasnt done anything about it so I'll say it over and over and over whenever you post.....Im not the only one who thinks it sucks....Your Avatar is more indicative of a deeper rooted problem, in your subconcious psyche, that your suppressing for reasons only you should have to deal with. Thats what some of us members think!

Age has everything to do with it, if you had any kind of maturity you wouldn't have even said anything.. And my avatar is more indicative of a deeper rooted problem, in my subconcious psyche, that i'm suppressing for reasons only i should have to deal with?? What the fuck kind of bullshit is that? I mean I've actually taken university psychology courses and I don't even know what kind of crap you're feeding me here.. I think you're just upset that I disproved your stupid gallon of milk theory for gaining weight.. Honestly, picking a fight over an avatar, grow the fuck up and shut your mouth.

Gary 04-16-2005 09:44 PM

So does your mother, but you don't see me complaining.

apocalypse 04-20-2005 08:46 PM

I wonder what would happen if I place a pic of my ugly face?? :D :D

apocalypse 04-20-2005 08:49 PM

I just noticed the little friendly war between Gary and Taurus. Damn Taurus, u a bull head mofo, talking smack about someones avatar without having one. :D I used to have a teddy bear exactly like the one he got on his avatar, when I was a lil kid so stay off of his case. :D

Come on Apoc. post your self so we can see you. And don't forget Rosie ;)

mrbusiness 05-19-2005 05:33 PM

bulking

I was once in your situation, so skinny that you could see my spine through my stomach, so what i did was the 3 main lifts, which were deadlifts, squats, and bench. Dont worry so much about bulking up your chest, having a strong lower body definitly helps create a larger and stronger upperbody (yes, this means your chest) I did that type of routine, packed on alot of beef, and I'm currently 6'2'', 210. Ill get a before and after as soon as i figure out my scanner, so if you have any questions, just post. There are more then a handful of individuals online here that want to help, teach, and learn.
