Gender: | I wanted to do this so I would have something to compare with in one month intervals. Please be kind I am working on changing. brew.JPG brew-legs.JPG After seeing the pics I saw the huge difference in my legs the one I had surgery on is two inches smaller the my right one. Any suggestions on how to catch this up? |

Gender: | looking pretty big there brew, keep up the good work, watch those gut stretchmarks though. the sooner you catch them the better. as for your question, just keep squating. make sure your useing little enough weight that your bigger leg isn't dominating the lift. maybe even a little leg extentions/curls aswell. |

Gender: | wow your huge... just turn all that into muslces man. give it about 3 months there will be huge differences. leaner and your muslces will show. btw your calves are huge!!! nice nice lets see some hard work done with in these upcoming months bro. good luck to ya but damn i still can't get over your calves. eat clean and stay lean on your leg problem it might not be solved. i mean im not an expert but with surgery done to it i dont think nothing can help u. i may be wrong lets see wait and see keep working on your legs and it may even out.. i got the same problem with my arms... my left arm is alot bigger then my right and the arms on my shirt fight loose on my right where my left is tight.. weird... |
