Yeah my goal is pretty much not gonna happen. lost 2 lbs, so I had to gain that back, that threw me off quite a bit. But i don't mind. Anything is better than where I started at (129). I sort of changed my goal to 150 by May 14th giving myself 2 extra weeks. But I want to try and get as close as possible by the 1st.

Ah well, it's good I set my goal that high though. If I set it at 140 perhaps I wouldnt have been eating as much or as well as i have been.

appreciate the comment

mojoclemson's Sig:Beginning: March 23rd: 129lbs :(

May 3: 146lbs

June 21: 140ish?

Check out my journal. Any advice is appreciated.

I know you're new to the forum, but you need to post your questions in the training forum. When you get a chance, do so because noone wants to hijack someone else thread.

Darkhorse's Sig:My Training Philosophy

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

At 15 years old and only 5'4", you don't want to work out too much just yet because you still have a lot of growing to do.. Of course that doesn't mean you can't do anything, but unless you want to stay short the rest of your life I wouldn't start training too heavily just yet.

Gary's Sig:working to failure is the only failure that will make you succeed
