| Rank: Member | Yeah my goal is pretty much not gonna happen. lost 2 lbs, so I had to gain that back, that threw me off quite a bit. But i don't mind. Anything is better than where I started at (129). I sort of changed my goal to 150 by May 14th giving myself 2 extra weeks. But I want to try and get as close as possible by the 1st. Ah well, it's good I set my goal that high though. If I set it at 140 perhaps I wouldnt have been eating as much or as well as i have been. appreciate the comment |

| Hey im almost 15 years old and i startyed working out a wile ago but then got distracted and stopped. I need some help keeping myself motivated. My weight is fine im 130 5 foot 4 inches so i have the fat on my body that will get me bulked. But i am not sure on how much to do and when to do it so if any one could help me please write me back. |
