From when I started at 365lbs. Down to 230 with lots of loose skin im hoping to grow into.
Been working out since october 20, 2007

At 365, all I ever did was get drunk and sleep it off (Who could've guessed?)

Also wanted to add that even though there is some drinking in the pics that show me in progress I haven't been drunk since august of last year and I am working on cigarettes... its alot harder to quit

DUde that is just great. With results like this you should start a website! Im serious, people love to see results like this. Kudos to you. As for the cigarettes. QUIT AND QUIT NOW. Nothing good about it. Look at it like this, you stopped drinking you dropped over 100lbs and now this little stupid cigarette is telling you who is boss! oh no you da boss. Throw the pack of smokes out and don't even think about it. 31 days to make or break a habit! You can do it and great progress!!!

Hey man thats an incredible change well done, the only thing you need to do now is QUIT! the smoking that is.
