Default Slim to fat and trying to get back down

Heres what i have so far... kind of hard to see progress but its there... lower back fat... my stomach is getting smaller... the shadows play wierd on my stomach too... in most of those pictures looks like i have a big baggy stomach which i dont unless i take a picture

let me know what ya think!

I posted this in my journal too... im trying to get back to where i was 3 years ago before my head injury... i was at about 215 lbs at 12% bodyfat

Easy to see progress, especially on the stomach. Keep it up.
