Thought I would share this photo. It's the most recent one I have. I'm 6' 4", and weigh 300 lbs. I've started using lower weight, and higher reps. My goals is to cut up more.

Your definately a big guy. Nice solid build all around. Cutting up will definately be worth it to show off your hard work underneath. Don't tell me anyone has ever run from you on the job, I don't think they would like the end results.

Your huge bro, wouldn't want to run into you in an alley. Can't wait to see when your done cutting.

People will ask "How much do you bench?" My answer "Not enough!"

Haha how much you bench! What a stupid universal question from people who usually don't even workout! I'd rather know how much you deadlift,military press,shrug,and curl and in what rep range!I can bet the numbers are bigger then mine!

Oh yeah and if you pulled me over you can bet all you'd hear from me is "Yes sir"

And it's funny when you tell them they don't even know how much is a lot.. I'd probably get the same responses whether I said 315 or 185...

I am assuming you havent taken too many people in under the "resisting arrest" charge.
