thx man im gonna start this next week
also i love tuna but ive only tried it one way and thats on crackers with a little mayo and relish mixed in it... what other ways are there to eat it

If you don't want to eat it out of the can, then try and get some Miricle Wip instead of mayo. It has alot less fat, personaly l like it better.

Good luck with the program. Start a journal if you think that will help keep you more focused. Plus there are alot of people on here that have done it, so they can help out tons.

I know it sound crazy, but you can mix o.j. w/ tuna in a blender, somehow the juice nutralizes the tuna taste.


p.s. I havent tried it but read on another board a bunch of people tring it, and likeing it
