I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

yes you will catch up to them.....Don't rush it. If you want some very good results for strengh take a look at Bill Starr's 5x5 program. There are a few people on here that have done it (me being one) and had great results. Within 2 months I put 30lbs on my bench,squat,row,deadlift.....Remember everyone is different. Also if you might want to increase your calories.

ya i eat a ton and nothing comes of it.. like seriously when i broke my collar bone and wasnt able to eat as much cause it hurt to much to walk downstairs, i lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks.. i have to eat nonstop all day to keep my weight right now... and im drinking 2 protein shakes a day, 1 in the morning 1 after my workout in the afternoon, or if i dont workout right before i go to bed.

but ya maybe im just eating the wrong foods, im only 17 and i live on my own now, so i eat mostly frozen tv dinners, turkey sandwhiches, ramen noodles, pizza rolls, bagle bites, that kind of thing... is there something else i should buy a lot of next time i go to the grocery store that will help me out more, cause i think if im eating non stop and stil not gaining as much bulk i have to be eating wrong

maybe..... buy lots of chicken breasts, hamburger, eggs,milk,tuna,rice,pasta.... all these foods are easily cooked, so don't tell me you don't have time or don't know how...bro, if you take care and put good shit into your body then you will see results.
