Starting slate!
Alright I'm going to try and make this a progression type deal. Be easy on me though this is from 289. I'm currently 26, 6'1", 205. My goal is to stay 205 just much leaner.

I appreciate if fella's. I really need it right now. I'm working my ass off right now literally and it's just getting harder to budge those last few pounds.. Not sure if I should bulk some then cut or keep trying to cut and bulk. I'm doing it, but it a slow process. Which I guess that is the best. I'm trying to stay in the same weight range. I flux quite a bit but I'm gaining some mass and keeping some fat down.. Thanks E

Bulk up man. You got a good base, now smash some fuckin metal and get jacked!

Like Kane said, spend some time and bulk up . If you do it nice and slow than you can put on some good muscle while keeping a nice lean look. |
Figured I'd show a little leg too.. LoL Now lets just see if I can grow some and show some major changes.

I agree your calves are impressive. Do you do any specific calf exercises or is that development mostly from squats?

Mainly Squats, but I also do calve raise I do them on the decline leg press. I do 20 feet straight, 10 heels out, and 10 heals in that's one set.. And I do three...

I've been really busy with school and work and haven't had much time to post lately. I'm up a few good lbs. Weighing around 205 right now and feeling pretty lean.. I'll post some new pics soon.

hey man - you are looking incredible! the amount that you grew inbetween those two last pix - the one of you in the grey shorts, and then the black and green ones - WOW! i would say to definitely keep eatin, and pack on a bit more weight, to make your muscle gain that much faster and easier. keep updating! i look forward to seeing new pix soon! awesome job once again.

Been a while but I'ma put up some new pics soon.. I'm sittin at about 233lbs right now.. Not all good weight.. But I've gained fairly decent weight.. Feeling good at the new weight. Few new pr's..
