This is me, I need to get cut I'm ordering some suppliments. Does anyone have any suggestions on bulking and still cutting? I'm 6'1 250 lbs. 20" arms, not too sure of my chest.
you need to lose the belly man ..arms look ok but that is about it ...try cutting you need to with out a dout.
yeah I know man, I'm working on cutting now, I've been losing about 3-5 lbs. a week I don't know what dietary supps. are good for cutting, any tips
MAN Sports makes an awesome product called Scorch. I used it to get ready for a show last year.. worked great.
I'm doing a show come July and plan on using Scorch with Vaporize.
Other than that you should be drinking a quality protein shake along with some glutamine and a good multi vitamin
Drink a ton of water, eat clean, train hard and do about 3-4 sessions of cardio per week. You'll be a different person come the new year
I've been dieting and lost about 20 lbs. I've been taking lipo6 and been eating chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, mrp's, all natural peanut butter and have been eating small portions every 2 hours. Is there anything I forgot about the diet
