Default Transformation Series

Thought some of you guys might find this as interesting. This is how i've progressed over the past couple of years

The most recent pictures I have are from Jan 26th:

I train exclusively with the 5x5 program that was posted here, diet is rock solid and i cheat very little. Still all natural, sorry i'm really horrible at posing but i'll get better i imagine

I have lost 120lbs total, my diet is as follows:

Breakfest:
2 Scoops ON Whey
2 tblspoons Flax Seed Oil

Lunch:
2-3 Chicken Breasts, either pan cooked with 1 tblspoon olive oil or baked in an oven with some bread crumbs on top.

Dinner:
2 Chicken Breasts, once again either pan cooked or baked
1 Cup Brown Rice
5-6 Peices of Asparagus

PWO/Later:
2 Scoops ON Whey
1/3rd cup dextrose (PWO only...)

Diet is the same every single day, don't really see much need for variation and I am still seeing great gains off of this and keeping the weight off while building considerable mass.

Hell yea Bro! Way to Go!

I am kinda curious though, what are you going to do about the excess skin? Will time take care of it or are you going to get it surgically removed? The reason I ask is because this girl at work had the stomach bypass operation and she lost a lot of weight, but she has a lot of extra skin and doesn't know what to do about it. She is thinking about getting it removed.

I've already been to a few plastic surgeons, really since I was so obese the only option is to get the extra skin removed. I was quoted $13,000 or so to get my stomach and manboobs fixed.

Still in college right now so I can't really afford it, although I am seriously considering taking out a student loan and just paying for it.

HAHA, Student loans got me through a whole bunch of things. At one point I thought my Jeep was going to get repo'd so I took out a student loan to pay it off. I also took a few extra vacations too during that time. Overall, I was happier for doing it, and can now take my time paying it off.
