| I have no diet per se. and I do a 3 day split at the moment. Even that is tough to hold out because of wife and my schedule. umm as far as cardio, I ws doing like 20 minutes of fast walking/sprinting for 20 mintues but then someone mentioned that I was using the energy for my lifts with cardio. I am going back to that though, the 20 mintues of cardio. |

Gender: | You do have a lot of size on you. Working on your diet would help a lot on shedding some bodyfat especially when combined with your cardio. What type of diet are you on? How many meals a day? Any supplementation? Hopefully we can help out. Let us know if you need anything. The sticky on cutting in the nutrition forum is really good info. ![]() |
