ok......heres my pics nothing special but a work in progress. currently i'm 6'0"
238lbs, i plan starting to cut as soon as i reach 260-270 so i still have a ways to go. all comments are welcome good or bad.

Seems like you've got a good foundation going, from the pics you gave I would have to say your back is your best asset right now from the spread pic you gave. The other muscles will be alot easier to judge once you cut down.

Your 238 in that picture? You really don't look that heavy to me. But it seems like your doing a good job on clean bulking, not to much loose flab. Keep up the good work.

Btw your big screen makes me jealous :P

BTW slaezy the tv is a benefit of the cola (cost of living allowance) here in japan.
