hey Patriot.....here's what you're doing right:

1.) you came to right place for guidance
2.) you took some pics of yourself to show us where you're at (and thats at point zero)

and here is what you did wrong:

1.) you made a supermod downsize your pics (when it really isnt your job)
2.) you aren greatful for that
3.) you didnt post up enough information about yourself

so, how about we start with this and then move, eh?

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

I know that you think you eat a lot but I'm certain you don't eat as much as you need to. Write down everything you eat for a week. EVERYTHING. Including amounts of everything. A new list for each day. Be as precise as you can. After you have a list for an entire week post the list in another thread and see what everyone here says about it.

Most skinny guys who think they have a high metabolism simply don't eat very much. But to them it seems like they are eating tons and tons of food.

your worried about to much mass ? I don't think you have to worry about that. You should listen to what everyone is telling you....eat more, and train smarter....You come on asking for advice about what you look like, because why ? people say you have good arms and chest. Well work with it, build on it....maybe do some squats or deads....or do a strenght program.
