I downsized some of them for you so people could see but not all of them. You can do the missing ones yourself. Easiest thing is to use http://photobucket.com and after you download the pics into your album click on the EDIT button above each photo. That will give you a Resize option. Click that and choose Message Board. Then once you have them all resized copy the [IMG] url's..and paste them here.

You may not find it easy to put on mass but you probably just need to eat more. Ectomorph is a common label that people apply to themselves but most of these people, if they examine their diet and lay out everything they eat will find they eat VERY little compared to most people. You eat enough and work hard enough you will grow. I can see by the photos that your shoulders are wider than your hips so there is room for some muscle for sure.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Go to the fridge...now...come back and read the How to Bulk sticky (while eating)....when you are done go eat some more. Seriously, I would say you are definitely undereating. Eat some more (clean foods not fast food crap) and you should see some improvement. Good luck.

Patriot, before we can tell you what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong we need more info. What does your routine look like (days, exercises, sets, weight, reps, etc) and your current diet.

Then we can give you better advice targeted for you.
