Cosgrove has a website so you don't have to suffer through T-Nations slow ass to get to the articles. At least to be linked to them. And he has some up on the site.

Dave, thanks for this. The past few weeks I have been thinking a lot about changing up my normal weight routine and going towards complexes. I kinda made something up yesturday in the gym, but this is going to help a ton.

Doing stuff like this sure does show a guy how outta shape I'm really in.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

With out a doubt. 4-5 rounds and 135lbs never felt so heavy.
You should definitely go to Cosgrove's web site for more ideas. It's in the beginning of the thread but here it is just so you don't have to go looking.
