So read the cut stickies and make a diet based on that. Then add a shake to that diet for when you train. Remember consistency is the key for knowing how your body responds to a diet. | |

| so i drink it as a water replacment or all at once during it or something? ill give it a shot. right now i been losing good amoutn fo wieght by doing 30-35min of cardio every day cut down to what normal people should eat and been bithcing weights for 2hours+ a day. I decreased my weight from when i did 5x5 and now i been doing 3x15. That shits alot harder... lol oh yeah forgot ot add i only take up to a minute between sets now so its more of an endurance thing. |
