| Im just curious to see how everyone trains for their mma stuff. So what im asking is if you can post some stuff you do to train outside of your classes such as things at the gym etc. Im working on a new routine and i wanna see what people are up to. im mainly training BJJ atm for those of you wondering. |

| I had a journal from before my injuries, so i'll throw in that link here, and I hope Dave doesnt mind but i"m gonna throw in his as well as a few of the threads we discussed MMA training, and Strength Endurance training specifically. My Original SE Journal My Journal - MMA SE journal, cause i'm silly like that ChinPieceDave667's Journal - Strength and Endurance for the Fighter in me Timed Sets for MMA greatness Complexes, Metabolic Power Training for MMA Specific Strength Development in MMA Streching and Flexibility Kettlebell workouts Ok, I may have gone a bit overboard there, but thats most of the threads containing MMA work. |

If you have any specific question about they "styles" of workouts, ask away. do you participate in any grappling tournaments? I have some endurance exercises in my journal that helped with my conditioning prep work before my tournaments. |
