| basically i been really into MMA the last couple of months. I been training in BJJ and some boxing. I been working out at the gym and doing cardio etc.Im haivng trouble making a good schedule on what to eat and when as well as how much of lifting/cardio i should be doing. Does anyone have some sorta guide artice or suggestions on how to put this all together? Thanks |

| Andrew, there are a few threads on MMA around here, do a quick search and you'll see. On the nutrient planning side, post up your schedual and how your training ect, and what you've been eating. That will help us help you! |

| thats why i do it! haha no actually i just enjoy fighitng its fun lol. its great jsut kicking ass. Also its fun knowing u can rock alot of people. But yeah think i screwed up yesterday. i was feeling alright so i hti the gym did a full chest work out started doing some biceps got to isolated curls and somehow my rib made that wonderful popping sound again so now here i am again pissed off that im injured lol. |
