Hulk Hogan or Dan Gable wrestling?

I'm assuming the "Hulk Hogan" kind.

I don't know anything about it, but I have mad respect for anyone that can get that big and still have the athleticism to fly around the ring like they do. It's definitely not "Fake." It's coreographed and story-lined, but it ain't fake.

I heard an interview on the radio, not too long ago, with Mick Foley, aka Cactus Jack, ,Dude Love, Mankind). This guy fascinates me! Physically, he's the complete antithesis of a pro-wrestler. But his heart and downright insanity made him successful. Anyway, in the interview, he was talking about a book he wrote "Hardcore Diaries"; I'll probably pick it up.

Oddly enough, he's even written a few children's books. The guy comes across as a moron on TV, but he's actually quite cerebral.

Also, Ken Shamrock wrote a book called "Into the Lions Den." There's a few chapters about his experience in the WWF... so you may find it interesting. Personally, I think Shamrock is a dick... but his book is OK.

Ya the Hulk Hogan kind. He is one of my favorites..
Got to love Mic though.
An yes its storylined and so forth. But people dont realize it takes talent to do what they do. But when someone gets hit with a chair thats real.
My favorite wrestler is Triple H. Check out his book Making the game. Great read and gives you insight on his training/dieting.
My favorite in order are;
HHH
Batista
Ric Flair
Kane
Y2J
Chris Beniot
HBK
Anyways. Check oput H's book pimpsticky i think you will like it.

I used to watch it a lot when I was in the Army...

A buddy of mine was into it and he kept inviting me over to drink beer and watch the matches. I kinda got into it for a while. I gotta say my favorite of all time is Goldberg, my second place choice is old school... The Ultimate Warrior

HHH is badass though... and so is Batista.

Since I wrestled in school, I also like Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar. Actually I'm a huge fan of Brock Lesnar in the MMA.

He was pretty much undefeated at a Junior College and got recruited to Minnesota State, under Jay Robinson's coaching. Which is why I like him even more. I attended 2 of Jay Robinsons Intensive wrestling clinics... each was a month long. Jay is an amazing coach and since I have a little experience under him, I'm an even bigger fan of his protoge Brock Lesnar.

I saw a slide show recently of all the WWF, WWE, WCF wrestlers that have died and it depressed the shit out of me. When I was a kid, I worshipped some of these guys...

Andre the Giant
Tugboat
Big Boss Man
Mr Perfect
The Ultimate Warrior
BamBam Bigelow
Eddie Guerrera
Road Warrior Hawk
Ms Elizabeth
Yokozuna
Ravishing Rick Rude
Junkyard Dog
Big John Stud

Eddie Guerrera is the one i took the hardest when i heard he died. I was so glad he got the title before that happend.
Anyway. we all know its setup and partialy fake. But its just good clean fun you know.
Thats badass you got to train with Jay Robinson. i like lesner in mma also. Glad to see he is kicking some ass.
